So I finally tried my hand at making Punjabi Samosas from scratch. Story of my life: my 1st attempt at anything is perfection. But my second and third attempts go wrong. This is 100% fact. So I am not keen on making them again anytime soon. Although I do have 1 extra roti left so I shall have to make another small batch of filling for 2 Samosas.
